Section 10.16077 - International Banking Facility Liabilities(a) In this Section, "international banking facility" has the meaning set forth in Section 204.8 of Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (12 C.F.R. Section 204.8).(b) For purposes of determining the adjusted liabilities of a subject institution, there shall be excluded the liabilities of any international banking facility of a California state agency or branch office of such subject institution.Cal.
