Section 10.3851 - Amendment of Articles(a) An applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application for approval of an amendment of its articles which amends its articles to comply with the provisions of Financial Code Section 600(b).(b) Promptly after the certificate of amendment of articles of an applicant containing the amendment called for in Subdivision (a) of this Section is filed with the Secretary of State, such applicant shall file with the Commissioner a copy of such certificate of amendment of articles certified by the Secretary of State.Cal.
