Section 10.3179 - Signature and Acknowledgment(a) An application for authority to organize a subject institution shall be signed at the places provided on the facing page personally by each of the applicants and, in the case of any applicant which is a corporation, in the name of such corporation.(b) The signature of each applicant on an application for authority to organize a subject institution shall be acknowledged.Cal.
