Section 10.147 - Office

(a) "Office," when used with respect to a bank, has the meaning set forth in Financial Code Section 121.

(b) "Office," when used with respect to a foreign bank, means any agency, branch office, or representative office.

3. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (a) and NOTE filed 8-21-2019 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2019, No. 34).
