Section 10.137 - Immediate Family

"Immediate family," when used with respect to a person, includes such person's:

(a) Parents and any ancestor of any of them.

(b) Children and any descendant of any of them.

(c) Stepparents and stepchildren.

(d) Brothers and sisters.

(e) Spouse.

For purposes of this Section, an adopted child shall be deemed to be a natural child.
