Section 10.135 - Foreign (Other State)(a) "Foreign (other state)," when used with respect to a bank, means a bank which is organized under the laws of any state of the United States other than the State of California or a national bank which maintains its head office in any state of the United States other than the State of California.(b) "Foreign (other state)," when used with respect to an office of a bank, means an office which is located in a state of the United States other than the State of California.(c) "Foreign (other state)," when used with respect to any corporation other than a bank, means a corporation which is organized under the laws of any state of the United States other than the State of California or under the laws of the United States.Cal.
