(a) "Foreign," when used with respect to a bank, means a foreign (other nation) bank or a foreign (other state) bank.(b) "Foreign," when used with respect to an office of a bank, means a foreign (other nation) office or a foreign (other state) office.(c) "Foreign," when used with respect to any corporation other than a bank, means a foreign (other nation) corporation or a foreign (other state) corporation.Cal.
