(a) This Subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Banking Regulations."(b) The first unit of the number of each Section in this Subchapter is "10." However, in citing a section of this Subchapter, a person may omit the first unit of the number of such section if it is clear that such person is referring to a section of the Banking Regulations.Cal.
