Section 1.1009.5 - Commissioner"Commissioner" means:
(a) The Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California;(b) Whenever the Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California has all of the powers and duties of the Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California pursuant to Financial Code Section 356, such Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California; or(c) Any person to whom the Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California or the Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California, as the case may be, delegates the authority to act for him or her in the particular matter.Cal.
