Approval of Proposed 2010-2011 Early Migratory Game Bird Codes

Early-season migratory game bird regulations must be adopted by states and reported to the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service by August 1. Proposals were presented to the Commission at the June meeting and final proposals for adoption will be presented for approval at this meeting.

It is unlawful to take or attempt to take Mourning and Eurasian Collared Doves other than from Sept. 4-Oct. 19, and Dec. 11, 2010-Jan. 5, 2011

Shooting hours are from one-half hour before sunrise to sunset in all seasons.
