Rule 002.01.24-138 - 19.07 Commercial Activities Prohibited

It is unlawful to engage in any commercial activity on Commission-owned property without permission from the Director's designee.

EXCEPTIONS:

A. Filming or video of hunts on WMAs.

B. Use of dogs for game recovery in compliance with Codes 03.14, 03.15, and 08.09.

C. Use of unmanned aerial aircraft (drones) for game recovery in compliance with Codes 03.14, 03.15, and 08.09.

PENALTY: Class 1
