Section R9-21-103 - Computation of TimeFor any period of time prescribed or allowed by this Chapter, the time shall be calculated as follows:
1. The period of time shall not include the day of the act, event or default from which the designated period of time begins to run;2. If the period of time prescribed or allowed is less than 11 days, the period of time shall not include intermediate Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays; 3. If the period of time is 11 days or more, the period of time shall include intermediate Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays;4. If the last day of the period of time is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period of time shall extend until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.Ariz.
