Section R7-2-1406 - Amendments to a ContractA. Any changes to the contract shall be submitted on forms approved the Board of Education.B. All amendments to the contract shall be accompanied by a signed governing board resolution or an official copy of the minutes of a governing board meeting that the amendment was approved by the governing board.C. No amendment shall be effective or implemented prior to being approved by the governing board, submitted to and approved by the Board of Education.D. Amendments requesting a change in the membership of the governing board shall, in addition to the requirements specified in subsection (B), include a completed fingerprint application and a signed affidavit authorizing a background check.E. If an extension of time was granted pursuant to R7-2-1405(A), amendments to update the application shall be submitted at the time the contract is executed. Ariz. Admin. Code § R7-2-1406
