Section R6-8-207 - Case PlanningA. The APS worker shall maintain a case plan for clients in need of protective services. 1. The case plan shall contain: a. Specific goals and objectives,b. Outline of casework activities for achieving objectives, andc. Time frames for achieving objectives.B. An APS worker shall: 1. Involve the client in identifying and understanding the client's needs and planning of services to address those needs, unless the client's mental or physical condition prevents the client from participating in planning;2. Locate persons who can help the client achieve planned goals;3. Regularly assess the client's progress towards the goals;4. Revise goals to meet the changing needs of the client; and,5. Coordinate with other agencies to address the client's needs.Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-8-207
