Section R6-6-2214 - Termination of AppealAn appeal may be terminated as follows:
1. By voluntary withdrawal if the appellant submits a signed letter or on the record at any time before the decision is issued.2. By default when a party fails to appear at a scheduled hearing and fails to request a rescheduled hearing within 15 days. An appeal will not be considered abandoned if the appellant provides notification up to the time of the hearing that he is unable, due to good cause, to appear and that he still wishes a hearing, or that the matter be considered on the record.Ariz.
