Section R6-10-113 - Non-Core ActivitiesA. The Jobs Program may assign a participant to non-core activities based on information obtained through assessments or contained in the participant's employment and career development plan only after the participant meets required participation in primary core activity hours under R6-10-111.B. The following are non-core activities: 1. Job skills training directly related to employment;2. High school or GED preparation for a participant, other than a single, teen custodial parent who is a head of household, who has not obtained a high school diploma or HSE diploma; and3. Education directly related to employment for a participant, other than a single, teen custodial parent who is a head of household, who has not obtained a high school diploma or HSE diploma.Ariz. The following Section was repealed and a new Section adopted under an exemption from the provisions of A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, pursuant to Laws 1997, Ch. 300, § 74 (A). Exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 means the Department did not submit notice of proposed rulemaking to the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Department did not submit these rules to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council for review and approval; and the Department was not required to hold public hearings on this Section.
