Section R4-46-209 - Registration, License, or Certificate; Name Change; Conviction and Judgment DisclosureA. If the name of an appraiser is legally changed, the appraiser shall submit written notice of the change to the Department and provide documentation showing the circumstances under which the name change occurred. A new registration, license, or certificate with the correct name shall be issued.B. Within 30 days after the filing date of a criminal conviction in any jurisdiction, an appraiser or property tax agent who has been convicted shall report the conviction to the Department. The report shall include a copy of the initial indictment, information or complaint filed, the final judgment entered by the court, and all other relevant legal documents.C. Within 30 days after the final disposition of a matter, an appraiser or property tax agent shall report to the Department any civil judgment based on fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit in the making of any appraisal entered against the appraiser or property tax agent.Ariz.
