Section R4-39-402 - Preservation of RecordsA. No more than 15 days after a licensee ceases operation, the licensee shall submit to the Board a legible copy of all student records required in R4-39-401. The licensee shall submit the student records in electronic form if the records exist in electronic form. The licensee shall ensure that records in electronic form are in a non-proprietary format.B. After a licensee submits records to the Board as required under subsection (A), the Board shall retain for each student the enrollment agreement, transcript, account ledger card, and a copy of the diploma or degree conferred. The Board shall retain these records according to the retention schedule approved by the Arizona State Library, Archives, and Public Records.Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-39-402
