Section R4-26-305 - Confidentiality of Investigative MaterialsA. A psychologist shall not disclose a confidential record, as defined by R4-26-101, that relates to a Board investigation to any person or entity other than the psychologist's attorney, except:1. A redacted summary that ensures the anonymity of the client or patient;2. Information regarding the nature of a complaint, the processes utilized by the Board, and the outcomes of a case;4. As required by a court order compelling production; or5. If disclosure is protected under the United States or Arizona Constitutions.B. A psychologist who violates this Section commits an act of unprofessional conduct.Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-26-305
