Section R4-26-102 - Board OfficersA. Under A.R.S. § 32-2063(A)(8), the Board shall annually elect a chairperson, vice chairperson, and secretary.B. Officers elected under subsection (A) shall take office on January 1 following election and serve until December 31.C. If a vacancy occurs in the office of chairperson, vice chairperson, or secretary, the Board shall elect a replacement officer at the next scheduled Board meeting.Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-26-102
