Section R4-16-504 - Interim Consent AgreementThe executive director may enter into an interim consent agreement with a physician if there is evidence that a restriction is needed to mitigate imminent danger to public health and safety and the investigative staff, supervising medical consultant, and lead Board member concur after review of the case that a consent agreement is appropriate.
