Section R3-8-212 - Reciprocity The director may waive the examination requirements in whole or in part for an individual who is certified as an applicator by another state, federal, or tribal agency under an approved EPA certification plan. In order to qualify for reciprocity:
1. An applicant must apply for Arizona reciprocal certification. In that application, the candidate must: a. Shall provide information as in R3-8-203 or R3-3-204, as applicable.b. Submit the department required form to their state, federal or tribal agency for verification of certification.2. Upon verification of like competency standards for each category of certification requested, the department shall issue an Arizona certification.3. In addition to reasons for revocation under A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 20, Articles 1 through 5, and the rules adopted thereunder, the Department can terminate an applicator's certification upon notification that the applicator's original certification has been terminated for any reason.Ariz.
