Section R20-4-1807 - Providing Copies of RecordsFor each loan closed in an Arizona mortgage broker's name with a concurrent assignment of beneficial interest to a mortgage banker, the mortgage banker licensee shall provide to the mortgage broker in whose name the loan closed a copy of:
1. The closing instructions;2. Any applicable rescission notice;3. The HUD-1 settlement statement;4. The final truth-in-lending disclosure;6. The executed deed of trust or mortgage; and7. Each assignment of beneficial interest by the mortgage banker licensee.Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-4-1807
