Section R19-1-107 - Electronic Signatures
A. An applicant, licensee, or other person that submits to the Department a form or document required under A.R.S. Title 4 or this Chapter may submit the form or document electronically.
B. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-112(G)(11).
