Section R18-7-401 - [REPEALED]Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-7-401
Adopted effective August 5, 1997, under an exemption from certain provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act pursuant to Laws 1997, Ch. 296, §§ 3(E) & (G), 10 & 11 (Supp. 97-3). Section R18-7-401 repealed; new Section R18-7-401 adopted effective October 21, 1998 (Supp. 98-4). Repealed by final rulemaking at 15 A.A.R. 232, effective March 7, 2009 (Supp. 09-1). The rules in the following Article were adopted as interim rules under an exemption from the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6) pursuant to Laws 2000, Ch. 225, § 13. Although exempt from certain provisions of the rulemaking process, the Department is required to submit notice of proposed rulemaking with the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register and conduct a public hearing (Supp. 01-1).
