Section R18-2-1210 - FeesA. The owner or operator of a generator shall pay a non-refundable administrative fee of $200.00 to the Department when submitting an application for certification. This fee is in addition to the fees specified in R18-2-326.B. An account holder using a credit under R18-2-1207(B) shall pay a non-refundable administrative fee of $200.00 to the Department when submitting the application for use. This fee is in addition to the fees specified in R18-2-326.Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-2-1210
