Section R18-2-1204 - Certification of Credits for Emission Reductions by Regulatory GeneratorsA. Application. 1. The owner or operator of a regulatory generator may apply for credits for reductions in qualifying emissions at any time after complying with the applicable offset-creation rule.2. An application for credits shall be filed with the certification authority on the form prescribed by the Department and shall include:a. The emissions bank account number obtained under R18-2-1206 for the owner or operator;b. A copy of a determination of compliance with the offset-creation rule by the agency administering the rule; andc. A signed statement by a responsible official, as defined in R18-2-301, verifying the truthfulness and accuracy of all information provided in the application.B. Action on Application. The certification authority shall grant the application and issue one certified credit for each ton per year of reduction that the agency administering the offset-creation rule has determined to be in compliance with the rule.Ariz.
