B. The plan of implementation contained in the "2014 Review, Water Quality Standards for Salinity, Colorado River System," approved October 2014, is incorporated by reference to preserve the basin-wide approach to salinity control developed by the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum and to ensure compliance with the numeric criteria for salinity in subsection (A). This material does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated material.
