Section R13-6-601 - Security Guard Pre-assignment TrainingA. The qualifying party of a security guard agency shall ensure that a person employed as a security guard by the agency completes eight hours of pre-assignment training before applying for and being granted a security guard registration certificate.B. The qualifying party shall ensure that the curriculum established by the Department is used for the eight-hour pre-assignment training. The curriculum consists of: 2. Criminal law and laws of arrest,6. General security guard procedures,7. Crime scene preservation and first response,9. Emergency response procedures.C. After a security guard completes the eight-hour pre-assignment training, the qualifying party shall complete a training verification form and: 1. The security guard shall sign the form affirming completion of the training;2. The instructor shall sign the form affirming that the security guard completed the training;3. The qualifying party shall sign the form affirming that the security guard met the training requirements of A.R.S. § 32-2632; and4. The security guard shall submit the form with the application described under R13-6-301.Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-6-601
