Section R13-2-401 - Denial of Agency License or Registration CertificateA. The Department shall notify the applicant of the reason for the denial by mail to the address listed on file at the Department. The Department shall include in the notification a statement advising the applicant that if the applicant contests denial, the applicant may do so by requesting a hearing with the Private Investigator and Security Guard Hearing Board. B. The applicant may request an informal settlement conference under A.R.S. § A.R.S. § 41-1092.06; Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-2-401
