Section R13-1-301 - Submittal of Uniform Crime Statistics
A. A law enforcement agency shall submit hate uniform crime information to include crimes that manifest evidence of prejudice based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender or disability and the Department as outlined in the following publications that are incorporated by reference, available from the Department's Access Integrity Unit at 2222 W. Encanto Blvd., Phoenix, AZ 85009 and the FBI at 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306, and include no future editions or amendments:
1. Arizona National Incident-Based Reporting System Technical Specifications, dated March 2020.
2. FBI 2021.1 National Incident-Based Reporting System User Manual, dated April 2021.

3. FBI 2019.2.1 National Incident-Based Reporting System Technical Specifications, dated June 2020.
B. The Department shall provide law enforcement agencies with information contained in the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting State Program Bulletins and any other directives the Department determines is necessary to comply with this Section.
