Emergency expired. Section R12-5-701 renumbered from Section R12-5-150 (Supp. 93-3). Section repealed by summary action with an interim effective date of February 4, 2000; filed in the Office of the Secretary of State January 11, 2000 (Supp. 00-1). Interim effective date of February 4, 2000 now the permanent effective date; filed in the Office of the Secretary of State August 1, 2000 (Supp. 00-3).
