Section 8 AAC 90.205 - Right of inspection(a) An inspector must be given free access during reasonable hours to any premises where plumbing or electrical work subject to the standards established in AS 18.60.580 and AS 18.60.705 is being performed.(b) The inspector may request any person performing work for which a certificate of fitness is required to exhibit the certificate of fitness.(c) The inspector may immediately serve upon a person performing work without a certificate of fitness a notice to cease any further work for which a certificate is required until a certificate of fitness is obtained from the department.
