Section 8 AAC 45.085 - Duty of employer and insurer to file evidence of insurance(a) An insurer subject to this chapter shall file, in a format prescribed by the director, notice with the division not later than 10 days after the initiation or renewal of the employer's workers' compensation insurance.(b) A self-insured employer or insurer subject to this chapter, unless exempted, shall file, in a format prescribed by the director, notice with the division not later than 10 days after changing insurance adjusting services.Eff. 2/27/2000, Register 153 ; am 5/12/2019, Register 230, April 2019 Authority:AS 23.30.005
