In deciding to establish vending facility locations on federal property, in state buildings, and in private buildings where vending facilities are permitted by the owner, the division will apply the following criteria:
(1) the building in which the vending facility is to be located must either house at least 250 employees on a daily basis or evidence foot traffic through it of at least 400 persons daily;(2) at least 250 square feet of floor space must be available for the vending facility;(3) adequate utility outlets or hookups must be available; and(4) a permit or authorization to establish a vending facility in the building must be obtainable.Eff. 7/17/83, Register 87Authority:AS 23.15.020(c)
