Section 7 AAC 140.625 - Transfer of recipients(a) Transfer to another ICF/MR may not occur without 30 days' prior written notice to the recipient and, if appropriate, the family or guardian, and to either the department or the facility, depending on whether the department or the facility is proposing the transfer. Recipients who receive notice of a proposed transfer have the hearing rights set out in 7 AAC 49.(b) The department may withhold payment to an ICF/MR if the facility fails to comply with this section.Eff. 2/1/2010, Register 193Authority:AS 47.05.010
