Section 7 AAC 80.035 - Fee for laboratory services

The fee for a laboratory service provided by a department laboratory for

(1) clinical diagnostic testing is the charge estimate determined under 7 AAC 145.460 (Medicaid payment rates: laboratory services payment);
(2) non-clinical diagnostic testing is the actual cost of the test.
