Section 7 AAC 79.040 - Permissible uses of grants(a) A grantee may use a grant awarded under this chapter to pay the costs of services provided in the grantee's pilot project.(b) A grantee may not use a grant awarded under this chapter (1) as all or part of the required contribution under AS 47.65.040 for another grant awarded under this chapter or under AS 47.65.020;(2) to pay the costs of capital construction;(3) to pay for costs incurred before the award of the grant;(4) to pay for the preparation of plans for potential or future services; or(5) for any purpose not reasonably related to the services provided in the grantee's pilot project.Eff. 4/26/81, Register 78
