Section 7 AAC 78.010 - Scope of chapter

(a) Except as provided in 7 AAC 78.020 and

(b) of this section, this chapter applies to grants made by the department.

(b) This chapter does not apply to the child care grant program under 7 AAC 39 or to grant services provided to individuals under 7 AAC 81.
