Section 7 AAC 58.060 - Report,(a) In the annual report required under AS 47.14.255(a), the state panel's recommendations for the improvement of the state's child protection services must be detailed, specific, and achievable. The panel shall describe in its report any specific resources required for the department to incorporate the panel's recommendations.(b) As part of the written response under AS 47.14.255(b), the department will provide, where appropriate, a detailed explanation of its reasons for whether and how the department will incorporate the panel's recommendations. (c) The department and the state panel will make the panel's annual report and the department's response available on the panel's public website. The panel may publish additional reports.
