Section 7 AAC 54.120 - Disclosure in hearings not related to the operation of child protection services programs

No department employee may testify in a hearing not related to the operation of child protection services programs with respect to any confidential information except where

(1) an adult client has authorized the disclosure of the information; or
(2) a court, having been informed of the existence of the statutes and regulations prohibiting disclosure, orders the disclosure.
