Section 7 AAC 48.585 - Reimbursement of provider(a) Claims for payment must be filed with the fiscal intermediary on contract with the department within 12 months of the date of service to be considered for payment.(b) Payment will be made in the amount determined under the provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160.(d) Payment provided by the department represents full and total reimbursement for those covered services authorized under the CAMA program.
