Section 6 AAC 94.300 - Scope(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, the provisions of 6 AAC 94.300 - 6 AAC 94.380 apply if the governor has declared a disaster under AS 26.23.020 and makes money available for temporary housing assistance to persons living in the declared disaster area.(b) If the President declares a major disaster or emergency under 42 U.S.C. 5121 - 5204 c (Stafford Act) and provides temporary housing assistance under 42 U.S.C. 5174, the provisions of 6 AAC 94.300 - 6 AAC 94.380 do not apply to that temporary housing program and do not apply to the state's participation in that program.Eff. 2/11/2000, Register 153; am 7/1/2000, Register 154Authority:AS 26.23.020
