Section 5 AAC 98.005 - Areas of jurisdiction for antlerless moose seasonsFor the purpose of implementing AS 16.05.780, antlerless moose seasons require approval by a majority of the active local advisory committees for the affected game management unit or subunit. For the purpose of this section, an "active local advisory committee" is a committee that holds a meeting and acts on the proposal. The following advisory committees. as established in 5 AAC 96.021, have jurisdiction over antlerless moose hunts in the units and subunits specified in this section:
