Section 5 AAC 75.067 - Limitations for halibut

Notwithstanding any other provision in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75, a person may not take or possess halibut for sport or guided sport fishing purposes in a manner inconsistent with the regulations of the International Pacific Halibut Commission or the National Marine Fisheries Service.
