Section 5 AAC 75.001 - Application of regulations(a) Unless otherwise specified in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75, or by emergency order or emergency regulation, the provisions of this chapter apply only to sport fishing activities which are permitted as provided in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75.(b) The regulations in this chapter that apply to sport fishing in salt waters also apply to the waters of the exclusive economic zone.In effect before 1988; am 3/13/2004, Register 169
