The department shall manage the king salmon fisheries within the Chena and Salcha river systems to achieve the established biological escapement goals. The commissioner shall make adjustments to harvest amounts and fishing restrictions by emergency order according to inriver abundance and subsistence restrictions in the Tanana River drainage.
