In Register 209, April 2014, the provisions of 5 AAC 65.024(b) were repealed because the substance of the harvest record provisions appears in 5 AAC 75.006, which applies on a statewide basis, and the annual limit provisions for rainbow/steelhead trout appear in 5 AAC 64.022.

In Register 206, July 2013, the provisions of 5 AAC 65.024(c) were repealed because the substance of that subsection regarding annual limits and reporting requirements for sharks appears in the provisions of 5 AAC 75.012, which applies on a statewide basis.
