Section 5 AAC 61.140 - Freshwater guiding requirements for the Susitna River Drainage Area

In the Susitna River Drainage Area, a person who is a sport fishing guide, may not sport fish in waters open to sport fishing for king salmon 20 inches or greater in length while a client is present or within the guide's control or responsibility, except when guiding a client with a disability. For the purposes of this section, "disability" has the meaning given in 42 U.S.C. 12102(2)(A) and (C), as amended as of February 8, 1994.
