Notwithstanding any other provision in this chapter, or unless modified by an emergency order issued under AS 16.05.060, a person, after taking a king salmon 20 inches or greater in length, may not fish for
(1) any species of finfish on the same day in the following waters open to fishing for king salmon: (A) that portion of the Susitna River, including waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its tributaries' confluences, from its confluence with the Deshka River upstream to its confluence with the Talkeetna River;(B) Birch Creek (Birch Creek Slough), only those waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(C) Caswell Creek from its mouth upstream to the Parks Highway and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(D) East Fork Chulitna River drainage, including all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the West Fork Chulitna River and the Chulitna River;(E) Goose Creek from its mouth upstream to the Parks Highway and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(F) Kashwitna River drainage from its mouth upstream to the Alaska Railroad Bridge and all waters with a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(G) Little Willow Creek from its mouth upstream to the Parks Highway and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(H) Montana Creek from its mouth upstream to an ADF&G regulatory marker located approximately one-half mile upstream from the Parks Highway Bridge and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(I) Sheep Creek from its mouth upstream to the Parks Highway and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(J) Sunshine Creek, only those waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(K) Willow Creek from its mouth upstream to the Parks Highway Bridge and all waters within a one-quarter mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(L) any waters open to sport fishing for king salmon in the Knik Arm Drainages Area under 5 AAC 60 and the West Cook Inlet Area under 5 AAC 62;(2) king salmon in the following waters open to fishing for king salmon: (A) Alexander Creek from its mouth upstream to an ADF&G regulatory marker located approximately 400 yards upstream of its confluence with Trail Creek and all waters within one-half mile of its confluence with the Susitna River;(B) Clear (Chunilna) Creek from its mouth to an ADF&G regulatory marker located approximately two miles upstream and all waters within a one-half mile radius of its confluence with the Talkeetna River;(C) Deshka River and its tributaries upstream to an ADF&G regulatory marker located adjacent to Chijuk (No Name) Creek (river mile 17) and all waters within a one-half mile radius of its confluence with the Susitna River;(D) Fish Lake Creek from its mouth upstream to ADF&G regulatory markers located at the mouth of Fish Lake Creek's inlet to the first lake and all waters within a one-half mile radius of its confluence of the Yentna River;(E) Lake Creek drainage and all waters within a one-half mile radius of its confluence with the Yentna River.Eff. 10/1/2006, Register 179; am 11/12/2006, Register 180Authority:AS 16.05.060
